Information pertinent to the participation and performance of Advanced Placement (AP) and International Baccalaureate (IB) examinations for MCPS graduates in the last three years is presented in this dashboard. AP or IB exams are standardized tests that measure students’ mastery of AP/IB related course content. An AP exam score of 3 or higher or an IB exam score of 4 or higher indicates a student is ready for college-level course work. Trends of AP and IB exam participation and performance for MCPS graduates in the last three years are displayed.
