Superintendent of Schools Joshua P. Starr will hold a media availability at 4:00 p.m. TODAY (Thursday, December 4, 2014) to discuss how allegations of child abuse are handled by Montgomery County Public Schools.

The availability will be held at the Carver Educational Services Center, 850 Hungerford Drive, in Rockville in front of the building near the flagpole.
