The Technology Center features 28 networked computers that also are connected to the Internet. The hardware and software will support what the school is calling "a model classroom of the future" that will be used to develop guidelines for the use of technology in curricula for grades kindergarten through 5. The objective is to devise and share an array of detailed grade level/subject specific approaches to integrating technology and instruction.

The Center is the result of extensive school and community efforts, and the assistance of the school's business partner, KPMG, that have ranged from organizing volunteers and planning, to raising money, providing staff training, and setting up equipment.
