“I look forward to working with our Board president, Board colleagues, and the leadership of Montgomery County Public Schools to tackle the challenges ahead of us,” Dr. Docca said. “We take these issues very seriously and are committed to ensuring that all MCPS students graduate ready to thrive in their future.”

Dr. Docca spent 38 years as a teacher and administrator with MCPS. She began her career as a Spanish and French teacher, and later served as a human relations coordinator, assistant principal at Montgomery Blair High School, and principal of Argyle Middle School.
