Students at all grade levels will be able to participate in a variety of summer enrichment and personal development opportunities through Summer Search.

The recently published catalog, Summer Search 2002: Expanding Educational Horizons, lists a range of programs designed to help students broaden their educational capabilities, develop their skills and explore career interests.

The summer experiences listed in the catalog are selected from lists compiled by MCPS' Department of Family and Community Partnerships and the Office of Student and Community Services.

Summer Search programs include internships, college courses, training programs, summer camps, and other study areas.

This is the 15th year of Summer Search. More than 6,000 students have attended various Summer Search programs.
