The Montgomery County Board of Education will hold its regular business meeting on Thursday, September 24, 2026. Please note that special celebrations will begin early at 3:30 p.m., followed by the official opening of the business meeting at 4:00 p.m.

The meeting will be held at 15 West Gude Drive, Rockville, Maryland.

• Wellness Policy Technical Amendments: The Board will discuss and vote on technical amendments to Policy JPG, Wellness: Physical and Nutritional Health.

• Rules of Procedure in Appeals and Hearings: The Board will consider tentative action regarding Policy BLB, Rules of Procedure in Appeals and Hearings.

• Travel Study Programs and Field Trips: The Board will take tentative action on Policy IPD, Travel Study Programs, Field Trips and Student Organization Trips.
