* Note for Grade 7 Algebra: All middle schools offer Algebra in Grade 7. The original field test schools marked with “X” will offer Grade 7 Algebra to the cohort of students centrally identified who took Applied Investigations into Mathematics in Grade 6. These students were the first cohort of students who took enriched and accelerated courses in the field test schools. Staff in the Office of Curriculum and Instructional Programs are developing options to enrich the Grade 7 Algebra course with focused professional development and supplemental instructional materials.
