ANSWER:

As a collaborative endeavor between the Montgomery County Association of Administrators and Principals (MCAAP) and MCPS, a 2019 Administrator and Principal Survey is slated to be administered in late spring.  To date, several preliminary meetings have been held to discuss the purpose, intended audience, and the scope of the survey. Leadership from MCAAP and MCPS initially met to discuss the idea for the survey.  This meeting was followed by a planning meeting held on January 22, 2019, involving the Office of Shared Accountability and MCAAP. Conversations about the purpose, audience, content, and timeline of the survey ensued. Additionally, the process for the development of the survey was discussed. The Board of Education will be updated as the instrument and process are developed.
