Not all duties assigned are included, nor are all duties listed performed in every office.)Direct and coordinate the work of the LDP.Provide coaching to the middle school candidates in the LDP and support the principals and those on the professional development teams who supervise and evaluate the progress of those in the LDP.Supervise the development and alignment of leadership development venues and opportunities. Serve on the middle school level-alike school improvement team, and match resources for differentiated support.Provide professional development and coaching to school leadership teams.Liaison with consulting principals, associate superintendents of elementary, middle, and high schools, and directors of school support and improvement.Develop measures and evaluate professional development opportunities related to school improvement support and central services professional development.Oversee the plan for building leadership capacity for school and office improvement.Support middle school improvement teams.Develop a comprehensive budget, work collaboratively with school system leadership staff to support its funding, and then serve as the primary account manager. Assure compliance with the MCPS policies and regulations and the Professional Growth System.Perform other related work as needed.
