EXAMPLES OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitors, oversees, and manages day-to-day division operations, frequently collaborating with subordinate leaders and staff, senior leaders, customers, and stakeholders. Manages, supervises, and professionally develops subordinate leaders and staff through a combination of training, observation, coaching, counseling, mentoring, and evaluation activities. Prepares, reviews, and processes correspondence, evaluations, operational and fiscal reports, budget documents, estimates, and projections. Collaborates with the director and staff on all aspects of business planning, operations, and organizational management, including oversight of a wide range of personnel recruiting, testing, interviewing, and selection activities. Assists in planning, preparing, submitting, and managing execution of annual operating and capital budgets. Reviews and approves fiscal reports and related actions essential to sustaining business operations. Responds to emergencies. Performs related work and special assignments or projects when required.
