Not all duties assigned are included, nor are all duties listed performed in every office or every day.)Manages division activities in the absence of the director.Supervises and oversees the daily work of the construction team, special projects team, PLAR team and project management team.Represents the division at various departmental, cross functional meetings as required.Develops and implements computer programs to manage system wide performance data.Implements and manages construction technology in support of project management and construction activities related to productivity and quality assurance.Develops and maintains the website for the division.Evaluates and directs the work of supervisory personnel.Trains staff in effective use of data and technology tools, and process improvement methodologies.Prepares reports, draft responses to customer complaints and requests.Analyzes data and make recommendations to the director to improve services.Understands and applies the six leadership standards that have been established for the Montgomery County Association of Administrators and Principals (MCAAP/MCBOA) Professional Growth System (PGS).Performs related duties consistent with the scope and intent of the position.
