EXAMPLES OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for performance evaluation management, including the development and implementation of DPGS strategies for effective performance evaluation processes; the collaboration with department heads to ensure evaluations are conducted accurately and on time; the maintenance of records and documentation related to performance evaluations. Responsible for overseeing and leading successful platform integration of the existing performance evaluation platform into the new evaluation collection platform.Troubleshoots technical issues and works with IT teams to resolve any system-related problems; and ensures the seamless data flow between systems.Serves as a project manager for Human Capital Management initiatives within DPGS.Collaborates with HR teams to streamline HR processes and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Provides expertise on HR technology and system enhancements.Responsible for effective, relevant, ongoing data analysis and reporting, which includes analyzing performance evaluation data to identify trends and areas for improvement; generating reports and dashboards to present evaluation results to relevant stakeholders; and utilizing data-driven insights to enhance personnel development strategies.Proactively engages stakeholders, working closely with the director, HR professionals, and IT teams to gather requirements and feedback; and communicating effectively with all stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.Identifies and analyzes key data to provide information about the effectiveness of the performance evaluation processes and other HR processes.Understands and applies principles of performance evaluation and professional growth for employees.Performs related duties consistent with the scope and intent of the position.
