EXAMPLES OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develops, implements and evaluates various staff development projects as assigned.2. Develops and maintains university partnerships to promote employee staff development.3. Supervises and evaluates staff who manage the various projects in the Office of Staff Development.4. Works closely with staff from other MCPS offices and internal and external stakeholders to align projects with system goals and measures.5. Observes and evaluates staff on the various project teams.6. Collects and analyzes data to evaluate effectiveness of projects.7. Serves as a member of the associate superintendent's leadership team.8. Serves as the account manager for the various projects.9. Serves on relevant work groups and task forces.10.
