EXAMPLES OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports the design, development, and implementation of professional learning for school-based staff and supports central offices in their delivery of professional learning to schools that is aligned to the system priorities and improves job effectiveness and employee satisfaction for the purposes of improving student learning in schools. Assists with cross-office work among central services staff to ensure aligned resources and support to offices and schools. Assists central services staff to develop and implement learning progressions that align with system priorities. Assists coordinator in providing coaching support to both central office and school-based learning teams including the development and evaluation of the teams. Assists in building professional learning teams through leadership team and executive staff meetings, retreats, institutes, and other professional growth activities. Under direction of the coordinator, researches, writes, edits, and reviews correspondence and prepares communications relevant to the work. Performs other duties as assigned.
