EXAMPLES OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Project management, including developing time lines, including appropriate stakeholders, design and facilitation of effective meetings, development of materials, and logistical considerations related to the development and delivery of training plans on a variety of topics2.Facilitation of problem-solving/decision-making processes3.Development training plans for both face-to-face and online professional development based on knowledge of adult learner theory and knowledge of MCPS goals, priorities, and initiative.4.Trainer and Co-Trainer for teacher leaders and school leadership teams5.Coach/Consultant/Resource Provider/Catalyst for Change for teacher leaders (specifically, staff development teachers) and school leadership teams6.Support to schools in the development and monitoring of the school improvement process, including data analysis and aligning the professional development plan to the goals in the School Improvement Plan (SIP) as well as monitoring the professional development to determine impact on teaching and learning7. Performs related work and other duties as required.
