EXAMPLES OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the delivery of academic, behavioral, and social instruction following MCPS curriculum and state core learning goals to classroom of students, small groups, and individuals. Knowledge in the use of educational technologies. Ability to monitor and analyze individual and group performance data and to create action plans to improve student outcomes. Develops and implements strategies for involving unsuccessful students in the school program. Participates in program management and shares responsibility for the program. Serves as teacher advisor for small groups of students. Performs other related duties as assigned.
