EXAMPLES OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides administrative support and demonstrates skills required to compose memoranda, reports, and correspondence that includes scheduled donor communications and replies to correspondence. Maintains confidentiality as required. Reviews and edits outgoing correspondences and materials for format clarity and content accuracy. Maintains files and records of Office correspondence. Coordinates the production of the quarterly Board Book for meetings of the Educational Foundation Board of Directors. Receives, reviews and/or develops fundraising and reports for inclusion in board materials. Working from templates, drafts donor MOUs, grant and scholarship acceptance agreements, creates fillable forms, and prepares contribution transmittals to accountant. Arranges for video and phone conferences and meetings, including scheduling logistics, schedules space and time, and notifies participants. Receives visitors and telephone inquiries, resolves issues, and screens calls for appropriate response. Manages special projects and ensures tasks are completed in a timely manner. Orders office supplies. Demonstrates the core values of the school district as it relates to interaction and collaboration with staff and community. Works collaboratively with office and school system colleagues to ensure the work is complete on time and with high-quality. Performs related work as required.
