Uploads schools and classification preferences into substitute profiles on Substitute Employee Management System.Completes employment transactions and serves as technical resource on transactions processing.Schedules and maintains appointments for substitute teacher interviews.Answers telephone inquiries about programs and services responding to questions from applicants and staff regarding the employment process, position allocations and related issues.Sets up and maintains employment files coordinating record keeping with others involved in applicant tracking and new employment processing.Resolves substitute daily job discrepancies calling schools and offices to determine causes and makes appropriate adjustments.Works with school administrative staff and staffing coordinators units to hire long term substitute teachers for open vacancies in schools.Maintains list of recent and newly hired substitute teachers. Processes new hires in HRO.Scans and uploads documentation into applicant profiles.Prepares documentation and arrange room for substitute teacher orientation.Assists schools and substitutes with filling daily substitute teacher openings.Works closely with substitute staffing team.Performs related duties consistent with the scope and intent of the position.
