EXAMPLES OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Extracts data from data files to prepare reports and listings.2. Updates, changes, and deletes entries and corrects data files.3. Adds, modifies or deletes user accounts in network, email, or application systems.3. Responds to data and reporting requests from supervisors and/or colleagues.4. Maintains data files for various purposes such as registering staff in training courses; generate notices, rosters, and historical files.5. Works with technical software staff to setup data systems including screens, menus, forms and reports.6. Converts files from one format to another; sets up file directories and file storage and backup procedures.7. Downloads data from databases to other programs and creates new reports, formats, and files.8. Performs file management tasks such as copying, backing up, and archiving files.9. Performs office clerical work such as typing, word processing, filing, and receptionist duties.10. Performs related work as required.
