Collaborates with functional staff and diverse stakeholders to gather requirements and document business processes associated with business systems.Collaborates with functional staff and the Department of Business Information Systems in identifying and adapting solutions for business requirements.Leads implementation of technical and technological solutions, enable to automate existing applications to meet given business requirements.Maintains and develops user friendly documentation to ensure proper use of an application. Continually monitors and resolves application issues to ensure efficient and uninterrupted operations.Participates in meetings to plan, test, and implement changes to the Human Capital Management system as-needed.Supports functional team in the developing of user acceptance and system integration testing. Interfaces with vendors and project managers who develop and/or implement HCM systems within MCPS. Participates in an on-going, self-initiated learning to maintain currency in business process management practices and emerging technologies and shares knowledge and mentors both formally and informally with others as appropriate. Performs related duties consistent with the scope and intent of the position.
