Plans and manages effectiveness of the communication projects, implements process improvements, and disseminates information about successful practices. Participates in cross-functional workgroups representing the Department of Communications.Provides leadership and editorial direction and coordinates production of content for systemwide multimedia products.Collaborates with department/division directors, develops metrics and implements specific instruments to measure customer satisfaction. Analyzes results and makes recommendations to improve communication and customer support based on analysis.Prepares presentations and/or speeches as requested.Understands and applies the seven core competencies of the Supporting Services Professional Growth System (SSPGS) commitment to students, knowledge of job, professionalism, interpersonal, communication, organization, and problem solving. Performs related duties consistent with the scope and intent of the position.
