EXAMPLES OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Maintains, tracks and coordinates the assessment/evaluation records for MCAASP, MCBOA, MCEA and SEIU employees2. Coordinates PAR reports and maintains spreadsheet for all underperforming evaluations.3. Oversees HRIS evaluation database, reports discrepancies, and notifies principals, supervisors and other evaluator¿s status of employee assessments.4. Advises and guides evaluators on the assessment and evaluation procedures.5. Coordinate evaluation information with MCEA, SEIU, and MCAASP Par Panels.6. Consults with staff to clearly define the type of data needed and parameters required to obtain and report accurate employee information7. Monitors and tracks certificated applicant data. 8. Maintains documentation on reporting processes, and data/information requests.9. Prepares employee reports using Oracle Discoverer, Excel, Access, ATS, HRO, HRIS and other appropriate applications as requested.10. Assists and trains OHR personnel in producing employee data available through the HRIS, ATS, HRO and Fortis, etc.11. Attends meetings representing the OHR in matters related to employee reporting.12. Perform related duties as assigned.
