EXAMPLES OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provides editing and graphic design for programs and webcasts. 2. Develops artistic and creative solutions for editing and program segments, including but not limited to openings and closes of programs, promotions, station ID's, green screen effects, bulletin board announcements and general station needs within the Dept of Communications. 3. Provides electronic graphics for TV productions consisting of title sequences, 2D and 3D motion video of images, maps, charts, and diagrams. 4. Creates and designs sets for TV productions. 5. Selects materials and coordinates set construction. 6. Performs variety of photographic tasks in preparing materials. 7. Advises users on the presentation and use of visual aids for instructional purposes; describes use of equipment for production and presentation purposes. 8. Advises TV staff on the creation and use of graphics materials for visual medium. 9. Attends workshops and exhibitions and keeps current on new techniques and equipment in the TV electronic graphic arts field. 10. Performs related duties, as required.
