EXAMPLES OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Not all duties assigned are included, nor are all duties listed performed in every office.)Inputs, downloads, organizes, and analyzes student data used for instructional purposes using shared accountability and local school databases. Develops and prints reports on student data. Suggests relationships between data trends, curriculum, instruction, and assessment. Proficient in the use of computer applications, presents information to administration, staff, students, and community. Responds to data requests from administrators and teachers. Designs and conducts presentations of data and associated data analysis to school, school system and community groups. Maintains and updates class lists and rosters ¿ assists with sectioning of students. Provides training to administration, staff, students, and community. Orders supplies and materials using FMS software. Participates in training to remain current on data sources, data analysis techniques and strategies for developing and conducting presentations. Serves on/interacts with school leadership teams to promote the continuous improvement of instruction. Assists in classrooms in emergencies. 13. Performs related tasks as assigned.
