EXAMPLES OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Design, plan, promote and oversee employee and retiree wellness programs and events.2. Recommend new wellness initiatives/programs.3. Plan and coordinate all wellness and disease management education programs and events.4. Develop and assist in the communications to support wellness plans.5. Serve as the primary contact with respect to communicating and administering day to day Wellness programs.6. Coordinate, deliver and support wellness and disease management education program and activities with external partners to maximize effectiveness within Montgomery County, Maryland.7. Provide regular updates, reports and/or presentations to COO, ERSC Management, JEBC, Union groups and Board of Education on planned wellness events.8. Performs related work as required.
