Employee Identification Section
All Current and Prospective Employees, short-term and long-term substitutes, Temporary Part-Time Employees, Interns, and Contractual Program Partners of the Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services and Montgomery College, are required to complete and pass a criminal background check for eligibility to receive an Employee Identification Card from the Division of Safety and Emergency Management. Clearance statuses are verified with the Office of Human Resources and Development-Background Screening Office for employees, along with associated personnel offices for contractor program partners.
Information concerning background checks and applicable identification cards for Volunteers, Chaperones, Volunteer Coaches, Outdoor Education Chaperones, and Contractors can be found on the Office of Human Resources and Development-Background Screening Office website.

Monday–Friday 8am–3:30pm; Closed for Lunch 1pm–2pm daily

Walk-in services are provided on a first come first serve bases. No appointments are required or accepted.
