This report examines the longitudinal data of students receiving the programs of the Kindergarten Initiative and the Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) Primary Reading Assessment Program. Its focus is a closer examination of the performance of students in the 17 schools that first received full-day kindergarten services.
