Description:

The evaluation of the Instructional Mathematics Coaches (IMC) initiative for the 2023-2024 school year focused on its first-year implementation in selected elementary and middle schools. The study explored teachers' perspectives on the effectiveness of coaching activities and their influence on instructional practices.

Recommendations:

  1. Reduce the coach-to-school ratio
  2. Establish clear goals and enhance communication
  3. Provide targeted professional development for teachers
