Evaluation of the Implementation of the Title I Funded Elementary English for Speakers of Other Languages Program: Findings from May 2005 ESOL Teacher Survey


A survey of ESOL teachers was distributed during the 2004–2005 school year. The purpose of the survey was to a) determine how services were implemented during the 2004–2005 school year, b)identify successful aspects of the ESOL instructional program and effective practices, c) identify challenges, and d) identify areas for improvement.
