This brief presents findings from a 2008 survey of English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) teachers. The purpose of the survey was to gather the ESOL teachers' perspective on how ESOL services were implemented in Title I schools during the 2007-2008 school year and to identify areas needing improvement.
