High School Internship Program Agreement

This Agreement specifies the responsibilities of the Student Intern, Internship Organization, Parent/Guardian and the School Internship Coordinator as participants in the MCPS Department of Career Readiness and Innovative Programs Internships Program.  This agreement is in accordance with Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. Chapter 8, the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (“FERPA”), 20 U.S.C. and other applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

This Agreement must be completed and signed by the Student Intern, Internship Site Organization Supervisor, Parent/Guardian and the School Internship Coordinator. The Internship Site Organization Supervisor and School Internship Coordinator must keep a copy of the signed Agreement.
