Yearly Evaluation Report

To comply with the MSDE certification bylaws, please complete this evaluation report for all certificate holders by the dates established by MCPS procedures. Based on Maryland state law, performance criteria must include, but not be limited to, scholarship, instructional effectiveness (if applicable), management skills, professional ethics, and interpersonal relationships. Professionals (certificate holders) will be evaluated using the appropriate performance standards developed for their assignment.
