Superintendent Dr. Monifa B. McKnight will deliver her recommended Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 Operating Budget presentation on Thursday, Dec. 14, 2023, beginning at 6 p.m. in the media center at Odessa Shannon School,11800 Monticello Avenue, Silver Spring, MD 20902.
