In light of this week's experience, please be advised that in the event of inclement weather in the future that necessitates the closing of central offices, any Board meeting scheduled for that day will automatically be cancelled.

As in the past, a decision will be made on a case-by-case basis whether to cancel a Board meeting if schools are closed and central offices remain open, taking into account the weather conditions at the time of the meeting.
