The Board of Education is seeking nominations for the 14th annual Awards for Distinguished Service to Public Education.

Up to three awards will be given in each of the following categories:

MCPS staff
School service volunteer
Individual pioneer
Community individual
Community group
Business

Any person or group may submit nominations by 5 p.m. on Friday, July 16, 2010.
