The Montgomery County Board of Education will meet on Wednesday, May 20, 2015, to take action on the conditional appointment of the Interim Superintendent of Schools for Montgomery County Public Schools. The appointment—effective July 1, 2015, through June 30, 2016—will be contingent upon final written approval of the State Superintendent of Schools, as required by state law. 

The meeting will begin at 3 p.m. and will be held in the Board Meeting Room of the Carver Educational Services Center, 850 Hungerford Drive, in Rockville.
