Mr. Smith, a 1985 graduate of John F. Kennedy High School, worked for IBM and Hewlett-Packard before starting his own motivational speaking company. He has addressed and empowered thousands of youths, parents and educators with presentations on Embracing Diversity, Possessing a Natural High Without Drugs, Practicing Conflict Resolution Without Violence, Becoming Leaders of the 21st Century, and Preparing for the High Tech Industry.
