What: The 2021 MCPS Back-To-School Jam 

When: 10 a.m.–1 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 21, 2021

Who: Hosted by Montgomery County Public Schools, Westfield Wheaton Mall, the MCPS Educational Foundation and many other key community partners

All MCPS students and their families are invited to kick off the new school year at the MCPS 2021 Back-to-School Jam. The event will be a wonderful opportunity for families to learn about the school system and county programs and services, while enjoying family-friendly activities, entertainment, a free COVID-19 vaccination clinic and more.

Key items of interest:

• Enrollment: MCPS staff will be on hand to provide families with important information about how to enroll their children in school. Who to call, what materials are needed and what is the process.

• FREE COVID-19 Vaccinations: The Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services will host a free  COVID-19 vaccination clinic. Register at this link or via this QR code:
  

• Safety: Attendees of the Back-To-School Jam must wear a mask. Masks in public indoor spaces are required by local government beginning 08/07/2021. Masks and hand sanitizer will be available onsite.
