Mrs. Patricia Baier O’Neill, who passed away in September of 2021 and was the longest-serving member on the Montgomery County Board of Education, will be honored at a tribute event on Tuesday, April 19. There will be an official announcement of a $10 million dollar gift to fund scholarships for MCPS students during the program.

WHAT: Tribute event with speeches of remembrance, video testimonials and discussion of a new academic scholarship funded by a generous donation from the Norman R. Rales and Ruth Rales Foundation.
