Office Depot will donate backpacks filled with school supplies to 240 students attending Rolling Terrace Elementary School. Backpacks and supplies valued at approximately $3,000 will be handed out to students by Board of Education Vice President Patricia O'Neill, Community Superintendent Steve Bedford, and representatives from Office Depot's local Business Services Division. Representing Office Depot will be Senior Account Manager Bob Embry and Account Manager John Samartzis.

The distribution will take place on Tuesday, September 7, at 10:30 a.m. in the school's media center.

Approximately 59 percent of the students at Rolling Terrace Elementary School qualify for Free and Reduced-price Meals, a measure of poverty.
