Duncan, Leventhal, Manger, and Weast To Announce Additional Police, Security for Friday Night Football Games


ROCKVILLE, MD—Montgomery County Executive Douglas M. Duncan, County Council member George Leventhal, Police Chief J. Thomas Manger, and Superintendent of Schools Jerry D. Weast will announce additional police and other security enhancements at Friday night football games at public high schools.

These efforts are being taken to address teen violence in the wake of a fatal stabbing after the Friday night football game between Blake and Sherwood high schools.
