Viewpoint: The MCPS Curriculum, a live call-in television program, will air on MCPS Cable Channel 34 on Thursday, February 21, from 7:00 p.m. until 8:15 p.m.

Community members are invited to call with their questions during the broadcast at 301-279-3234.

The program will provide an opportunity for parents and other interested community members to engage in a dialogue about the newly-revised MCPS curriculum with Superintendent of Schools Jerry D. Weast, Board of Education Member Sharon Cox, and other panelists.

Topics will include:
§ How is the revised curriculum different than the former curriculum?
§ How does the curriculum address the needs of all students?
§ How does the curriculum measure up to national and international standards?
