ANSWER:

As part of the staffing allocation process, staff reviews school-by-school enrollment projections to determine initial staffing allocations for schools. Additionally, staffing retreats were held in December and January for participants to share school needs and make informed decisions as a group.  During the month of February, allocation adjustments will be made based on any revisions of the enrollment projections and decisions made in the staffing retreats. Staffing allocations will be provided to schools in mid-February, while continuing to monitor any enrollment changes.  As a result, staffing allocations may change based on shifts in enrollment or needs.

Once the staffing allocation analysis and reviews are completed by mid-February, the allocation of English Language Development teacher positions for Clarksburg Elementary School #9 will be shared with the Board of Education.
