EXAMPLES OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists in maintaining and troubleshooting various types of electrical systems, pumps, chillers (central plant systems) exhaust fans and piping systems.Addresses and remediates indoor air quality (IAQ) concerns.Performs plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC and inspections on building systems.Installs insulation.Performs ductwork repair and installation as directed.Works on projects throughout the entire facility, running conduit, pulling wire and connecting devices, using lifts and ladders.Performs basic equipment repairs and similar duties that require little or no oversight or direction.Uses electrical schematics and blueprints to troubleshoot and correct problems.Consults manuals, reads and interprets circuit diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.Repairs and adjusts system components or removes and replaces defective parts.Displays positive attitudes and practices good work ethics that reflect the mission, philosophy, and goals of the organization.Provides excellent customer service.Completes tasks in a timely manner and provide feedbacks to customers, supervisors.Work performed may include: lighting; minor electrical; hot/cold incoming calls; painting; various touch-up work; minor carpentry; door repairs; restroom repairs; maintenance; IAQ work and construction support.Performs related work as required.
