We Want to Hear About Your School Experience

MCPS invites staff, families and community members to share your experiences and perspectives through our annual survey, open April 20–May 10.

In the past, this was called the “School Culture and Climate Survey,” but it’s not about the weather. It’s about your experience in our schools and how we can make them better.

When we hear from you it helps us make our schools better—for you. With just 10 minutes of your time, you will share with us what’s working well and where we can improve, from academics and communication to the overall school experience. It also helps us ensure our schools are well-supported and that students are ready to learn.

New this year: No student ID required!

To make participation easier, you can now self-identify—no student ID needed. All responses remain confidential.

Responses will be reviewed in aggregate by school and district leaders to better understand student and family experiences and to guide planning and decision-making for the upcoming school year.
