An Examination of the SAT Results for the Class of 2005

Description:

This report compares SAT participation and performance of the Class of 2005 with that of the previous four MCPS graduating classes. SAT participation and performance data are disaggregated by gender; race/ethnicity; and participation in FARMS, special education, and LEP services. Results are also disaggregated by high school. The SAT combined verbal and math score of 1101 for the Class of 2005 reflects the second consecutive year that the average score has topped 1100 and that participation has increased.
