This brief describes the findings of a survey of secondary teachers. The purpose of the survey was to determine the extent to which the grading and reporting components were implemented consistently as intended across schools; the challenges that teachers faced in implementing each component; and the level of communication among schools, parents, and students about the implementation of new grading and reporting procedures.
