Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) remains in Code Green—all schools and offices are open on time today, Thur. Feb. 20, 2025.

The weather forecast has not changed, with our area expecting a dusting to less than an inch of snow beginning later this morning. We are expecting it to snow and for temperatures to be cold.  The roads have been treated and we do not anticipate any significant travel disruptions for students and staff—whether walking, driving, or riding the school bus.

Please exercise caution when commuting.

Las Escuelas Públicas del Condado de Montgomery (MCPS) permanecen en Código Verde; todas las escuelas y oficinas están abiertas a tiempo hoy.

El pronóstico del tiempo no ha cambiado, con nuestra área esperando menos de una pulgada de nieve a partir de más tarde esta mañana. Esperamos que nevé y que las temperaturas sean frías. Las carreteras han sido tratadas y no anticipamos ninguna interrupción significativa del viaje para los estudiantes y el personal, ya sea caminando, conduciendo o viajando en el autobús escolar.
