The Montgomery County Public Schools Educational Foundation, Inc. (MCPS EF) will hold its first annual Black & White Gala at the Doubletree Hotel, 8120 Wisconsin Avenue in Bethesda, on Friday, April 23, 2010, from 6:30 until 9:30 p.m. The event will feature special presentations, hors d’oeuvres, cash bar, a silent auction, and live entertainment by Sax Appeal/Saxophone Quartet.

Proceeds from the event will support the work of the Foundation, which includes scholarships for MCPS students, enriching academic opportunities for students and staff, extended-hours technology programs, equipment for students with learning disabilities, and learning aids for at-risk students.
