Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) invites the media to a visit and discussion at Gaithersburg High School on Career and Technical Education programs as we wrap up CTE month. Our changing economy depends on a talented workforce with extensive background knowledge, technical skills and career-related experiences. The Board tentatively adopted a $3.2 billion Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 Operating Budget that addresses this area. Students in MCPS’s CTE programs gain hands-on, real world experiences during their high school journeys.
